I'm looking for a skilled/resonably-priced manicurist in the south bay area of Los Angeles?

30 a month for a new set, and 18 dollars per month per fill is TOO MUCH. Can ANYONE recommend a decently priced salon in the South Bay, where they also do a good job and are reasonably friendly?? Gardena and Hawthorne are okay too....
