Who's going to play first base for the Los Angeles Angels in 2007?

I think Casey Kotchman has the edge, but Kendry Morales was awesome in winter ball. I think either of those guys can win the job for the Angels.

Kotchman and Hillenbrand will switch off, with an occasional Quinlan particularly against lefties. Kotchman definetely has the bat, he had some issues last year but the year before he showed a lot, and can really be a slugger. Hillenbrand will bounce between 3rd and 1st, and Quinlan owns lefties so he will be in most those games either 3rd or 1st.

It will mostly be Casey Kotchman and Rob Quinlan but if Mathews is gone Figgy may play a little at CF and Shea Hillenbrand can fill in with Kotchman at 1B.

OK, so it's kind of crap shoot and Scioscia will pick who ever is hitting best at the moment. But Casey will start the season.
