All monkeys and hominids are omnivorous. Even the smaller species enjoy insects. So, they are chiefly herbivorous and partially insectivorous (some are partially carnivorous - Gorillas, chimps, baboons, etc.).

Depends on the monkey. There are dozens and dozens of different kinds. Some monkeys eat meat. Many do not. Most eat a little, but mostly eat fruits and vegetables.

Well, a lot are, but a lot aren't. Baboons, for example, will actually hunt other aimals for food, but they'll eat vegetable matter too. I believe for the most part primates are omnivorous.

That is correct monkey generally are vegetarian.
However the do slam down an occasional worm and various insects.
But they do not hunt down and kill mammals
