Whats up guys.. been and this girl have been together for 8 years... well recently, I don't think she's sexually attracted to me. Every time I bring it up she seems to blow it off. Tonight, we went into the bedroom and she said, "your not trying very hard.. you don't even wanna have sex with me.." but I was the one who brought it up all night. I said, "do you want to?" and she said, "Yes.. but it seems like you don't want to.. and I am tired right now.."
Ok, then we will get going and it'll seem like she's just going through the motions and I won't be turned on anymore.. and that point she will push me off and leave, acting upset and saying, "your not sexually attracted to me.."
What do you all think?

So we're laying in bed.. and she's like, "this isn't very romantic..." But yet, it is how we started it every other time. Confused???

probably she expects u to sweep her off her feet..forget abt sex for a week... and just play nice with her..be romantic..take her out.. tell her she looks greats
tell her what u like in her personality and looks...
girls have a dreamland of their own adn like getting physical when they think the partner wants them and not just sex... its like making her feel special.. keep candles in the room... or when she comes in... buy red roses for her and surprize her... and then everythign wud follow..
dont kill her small desires and dreams!

After 8 yrs she's probably looking for some romance and thinks maybe you're bored w/ her. The you're not trying very hard gives that away. She wants you to want her and not just at night when you get into bed. Hold her hand, kiss her say nice things DURING THE DAY. Too often a man doesn't show he's interested until you get into bed. That's a bad mistake. And not to blame you at all she just sounds like she needs reassurance that you love her.Probably normal after such a long relationship. you're not even engaged? That may be another reason why she's gotten insecure

Have you tried different things? Take a shower with her wash her back let her know you r still attracted to her. Do you spend a lot of time talking to each other, ask her what she wants. then tell her what you want. make out some Love coupons....(Like this coupon is good for 2 kisses and dinner) To give to each other..Its like when you have lived in a house for a while you need to move the furniture around and do a few things to keep it the way you like it. you just got to keep moving things around.. Maybe neither of you are getting enough attention from each other. Make the first move, if it works GREAT. But if it doesn't you might need to sit down a talk over your situation.

now woudl be a good time to out of the blue do the "house filled with candles, and a nice dinner you cooked for her, and a rose pettle filled bed." Be safe about the candles and all that, and just go with it. And in the bedroom try to be creative without being to strange. If this is too much for you, then just sit her down, and have an honest face to face talk about it. If you did do the whole crazy romantic thing, i would still sugjest you have a talk with her about it honest sitting down and not sparing any detail.

It is very unpleasant for a female to be entangled in a sexual relationship with a man she has known for 8 years who is interested only in SEX. Some females equate sex with love. Since you have not suggested any such sentiment as love, she may be identifying your lack of feeling for her as a lack of sexual attraction. If you want to keep this girl, you are going to have to get to know her better socially and give her some greater motivation to be with you other than sex.
