I have a new cell phone and i went to my settings, security settings and it asked if i wanted to enable my security access, i click yes then "Enter PUK" pops up. I tried to enter my phone number but it only has eight digits to whatever code goes in the box. I've been trying for about an hour to figure out what "PUK" means. Its has my phone shut down to the point that i can only use it to make an emercency call and that ain't cool. I'm at work tonight so i don't have my manual to this phone with me but i sure could use some help right now. If you have the same model phone as I, please tell me where can i find this code thats called "PUK" so i could access my phone again. Thank you for your time.

Call your cellphone service provider customer care. Just call them and they'll give you the PUK code. Then it will be all good. This happened to me last week. You're fine. Just call them and you'll be good to go in 5 minutes or less depending on how long you have to wait for support!
