The answer is YES! I am giving you two links to work with, and the best thing is it is FREE! Pick your favorite home plan, plug in your zip code, and it will give you a cost to build (house only). Add about a $20,000 cushion to it for any unseen problems or price increases, customizations, etc. If you are subcontracting the house yourself, I would get at least 3-5 bids for each phase of construction. Check to see if your subs are insured. Good luck!

ANY BUILDING SUPPLY STORE THAT HAS CONTRACT
SUPPLY HAS SQUARE FOOTAGE ESTIMATES FOR ANY GIVEN AREA.

ALSO REALTY COMPANY CAN GIVE YOU SAME ESTIMATES...

SQ FOOTAGE FROM $50.00 SQ FOOT TO $500.00 SQ FOOT.... DEPENDING ON LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION AND OF COURSE DESIGN AND INTERIOR ECT..

GRAB SET OF BLUE PRINTS AND CHECK WITH A GEN BUILDING SUPPLY STORE LIKE LOWES OR HOME DEPOT OR BDC BUILDER SUPPLY OR GET A GOOD REALTY COMPANY TO RUN THEIR FIGURES (NEW DEVELOPMENTS ) OVER WITH YOU..

EACH AREA VARIES..
2 MILES MAY BE DIFFERENT....

BUT NORMALLY A COUNTY WILL BE FAIRLY EVEN ACROSS IN LOW -MIDDLE- HIGH RANGE...
