How long does it take you to adjust?

u drank a cup of hot Brown chocolate before going to bed and now u cannot sleep, the lenght of time it will take u 2 adjust, just count a hundred sheep.

I am still up too lol! I am going get off after I answer this question. Only takes me about a day or so to adjust. Perhaps I was born with good adaptation skills...

It's because you are addicted to the computer, same as me!!! Plus I do not like doing things that are good for me, such as getting enough sleep. Underneath all things, I must not really like myself or think I'm worthy of anything good, maybe you are like that too.
It only takes me one night to adjust; although I only sleep every other night. Now, be a good girl and go to bed!!! I'm not, seems I never go to sleep on Sat. nights, so I end up missing church. :-(

i dont know why your up, i cant sleep, maybe you cant either, so good night, oh and a couple of weeks to adjust to losing, absolutely no time when gaining the hour though

I hate that I'm losing an hours sleep....I usually work nights and tomorrow, (today) is a rare time that I'm working days...it would be the day the time changes. Yuck!!
