Try hairspray.
Really!
Spray it on, use a toothbrush and scrub it. Then wash it again.

Well I am sorry to say that you will have to wash them again after doing this step but it will remove the ink, Use Rubbing Alcohol, pour some on the fabric and put a white cloth under the stain and blot on top with a white cloth so not to transfer other colors to your clothes, keep doing this till the ink stain is almost gone then you will have rewash, you can also use Hair spray in the same fashion but don't keep spraying it just once is all it needs then rewash your clothes, this is the only way to get out ink. Good Luck !

Hi there. Heat sets stains. I hope the clothing wasn't put through the dryer. Cheap hairspray many times works. Just saturate the area and rub the area hard with a bar of soap. Rinse in cold water and repeat if necessary. Rubbing alcohol used as above may work.Sometimes, colored garments can be treated with milk to lift the stain by soaking. On white fabrics, rub the area with a mixture of lemon juice and salt and hang to dry in a sunny place. I sure hope you can save your stuff.

We've had excellent success with high vinegar ratio to warm water (not hot).
Soak and massage, then wash with some vinegar
in with the detergent -- check the ink stain before drying
-- if not gone, don't dry -- try again.

It has worked many times.

Unfortunately, if the clothing has already been washed and dried, the ink is pretty much in there for good. If they haven't been dried yet, try a solvent such as Oops! brand.
