I think the saddest and sweetest song is Love Me by Colin Raye.
If you're talking saddest as in lamest, I tear at Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan's songs. Paris Hilton seems to beat them hands down!

Any song can be sad if there is some special circumstance attach to it. eg..In India when the bride leaves the house after the wedding ceremony to go to the groom's house...the song usually played then is particularly sad.
