well my best friend,Jason, is dating my other really good friend Kristen. They have been dating for...2 months. And today when we went to the park together with some friends, I realized something when I was listening to Just So You KNow by Jesse McCartney. I like this girl a lot. We have these moments where everything is at a hault and I just hear me and her. I remember I grabbed her waist and spun her around after chasing her and asked for my cell phone back, and she replied with" Fine, okay," and handed over with the back of her hand in mine and turned her hand and dropped the cell in my palm.
I just need to know, is this bad? Should i tell one of them, or just wait till they break up?

First of all, it sounds like you are reading a little too much into the cell phone thing...lol. She was probably just being silly and acting as flirtatious as she would with anybody of the opposite sex. Some girls are naturally kind of flirty and they really don't mean anything by it. If you really do think that this was meaningful flirting, then why was she flirting with her boyfriend's friend in the first place? Is that really the type of girl you want?

Regardless of any of that, the bottom line is that she is with your best friend. It would be very selfish of you to say anything to either of them. It would be hurtful to your friend and probably wouldn't get you anywhere with the girl anyway. Do you really think that she would just break up with her boyfriend for you? Even if she does like you, she must like your friend as well or she wouldn't be dating him. She is not just going to cold-heartedly drop him for you. I am sure she has a conscious and even if she wanted to she probably wouldn't because it would be a very cruel thing to do.

For now, I suggest you try to stop thinking of her in that way. If maybe sometime in the future, the two of them break up, then maybe you could reevaluate whether you still like her, and maybe you could ask her out; however, even then, you should probably give it a little time. Don't ask her out the day after they break up.

I think you should keep quiet. Otherwise the only person who is going to end up without two friends will be you. Neither of them would appreciate your interference. Be careful you are not reading too much into innocent situations simply because you want to.

wait,
because if you get in the middle it won't work out and you will lose Jason and Kristen.
If she likes you, it will happen after she stops dating Jason. And after she is done rebounding.
