cd drive wont rcognice SOFTWARE cd's only help fast??

my cd drives 1 is "lite on combo soch-4832k" and a "DVD RW USB10111001U1 USB DEVICE" both recognize a dvd cd or a video or data cd but neither recognize a software cd ( like a installatiocd for a device) help pleas

it doesnt access the software cd manually wither but it does acces other data cds manually and via autoplay

you probably don't have autoplay enabled for data cds. you can access it manually from my computer.
