We want to make it very Italian.

I really like Giovanni Antonio Bosica. A good middle name for Fabrizio would be Antonio also.

Try a two syllable middle name between the beginning and end names (three syllables each). The hidden secret of naming, in any language, is to use syllable count and other techniques to make the name rhthmic and melodic, so it has a memorable sound.

For an Italian two syllable middle name, why not Brando?
For a boy, it has a strong sound and firms up the name.

For an almost two-syllable middle name which is somewhat softer, but still masculine, what about Romeo?

I am half Sicilian, and the first name that popped into my head after reading your question was Giuseppe. It's a fun name, and would be great with Fabrizio.

Here's a site with Italian baby names, and the history behind each name, and the coordinating saints day (if your Catholic, which being Italian, I assume you are....if wrong, sorry!)

Traditionally in Catholic Italian families, "Giovanni" is followed by "de Battista", but other European traditions can use the mother's family name. The Scots do this, and although I'm third generation Aussie, my middle name is my mother's surname.

In fact, either of the names you've mentioned are honourable names, but if you choose either, you'll have to teach him to speak Italian at an early age!

Santino Luciano Bosica (The first and middle name together mean - "Sacred Light") Very nice. And people can call him Tino for short.
