I believe if we fail to impeach Bush, historians will say that we missed an important opportunity to stand up for honesty, peace, and the rule of law.

As a ratified treaty, the UN Charter IS U.S. law.

Historians are often correct....expecially when it comes to Bush.

If Bush isn't impeached by the people, then we will miss our chance for peace and justice.

Obviously, the people who want Bush impeached is correct. With all the scandals that went on before Democrats took office, and the LIE continuing to occur in Iraq, he should have been impeached on 1/1/07.

Sadly, we've already lost the opportunity to impeach Bush, unless he does something so much more blatant.

There's no way 2/3 of the Senate is going to vote to convict him, despite the fact he's admitted to committing multiple felonies under federal law, and despite the fact the Supreme Court has already confirmed he's committed these felonies.

If a public confession plus a Supreme Court ruling aren't enough to get the Senate to convict him, nothing will be.

Bush must be impeached. What he has done has threatened the health of the Republic, which is what the Framers had in mind when they came up with the notion of impeachment of a president. Now, Clinton was a nuaghty little dog who buried his bone in the wrong back yard (and I did vote for him but was pretty angry over the whole Monica thing), but nothing he did endangered the Republic, unlike Bush and his lying homies.

Many people wanted to impeach Abraham Lincoln for the Emancipation Proclamation and turning the civil war into a war against slavery. We all know what history now thinks of possibly our country's greatest president.

Don't believe me? Just watch Ken Burns' "The Civil War."

It has been said that history is written by the victors. In this case, I can't see any victors. So I'm more worried about the future than I think I've ever been in my life. Maybe there won't be anyone around to write the history of this time. Maybe our ancestors won't be allowed to read the history of this time. I don't know, but I know that these are hyperinteresting times and I know that Iraq is only one of the big concerns confronting us.

Historians will side with Bush. The liberals that want him impeached cannot name a single crime that he has committed while in office.

Bush.

The pro-impeach people will be looked upon as ignorant of the laws concerning impeachment and a definite impediment to the war on terror.

Smoke another one! I have read a few of your questions tonight and they keep getting worse! I know where you think getting rid of Bush will promote peace (it won't but I understand where you are coming from) but explain how honesty and rule of law is involved.

Please spare me the mantra of Bush violating U.N. law.

You have no basis to impeach Bush. If you did, i promise he would already be impeached.
