when i am just listenning to a cd, itunes, or windows media player, the audio works perfectly fine. but just recently, i havent been able to listen to anything with sound from sites online (myspace music, for example) and i was able to yesterday. i have already made sure that my sound didnt get turned off. i checked to make sure the internet sound was on by checking in my "tools" and clicking in the "advanced" tab, which had the box checked that allowed me to have sound. what else can i do?

Most likely the sound from Macromedia Flash is turned off. Go to a site like YouTube, click any random video, and when it loads and starts playing, right click the video and select properties. You should find a volume bar somewhere in the small box. Raise it all the way to the top and you should be set.
