I just started DSL service with SBC Yahoo and the service works fine: it is just that my phone service doesn't work any longer. Everyone calling gets a busy signal. I looked up the CEO of AT&T to give him a piece of my mind! Should I? I got to pay $99 to get this junk ISP service disconnected.

Alot of it depends on who your DSL service provider is, a friend has DSL service with SBC Yahoo while I have DSL through local phone company and there is no comparison. I am running a 9 year old 332 mhz processor Compaq Presario and it totally kicks my friend computer online to the curb. You are only as fast as your slowest part:

DSL and ADSL need alot of imprvement your right ....
1.they need to have it 24 hrs working instead of stopping all the time

2..dsl users cannot create web servers on their pc's that is bad..DNS need better usage

3..DSL isnt secure ATALL...anyone from the main server can try and hack ppl

Yup...Just switched to DSL and have spent more time swearing at the DSL modem than I ever did with my dialup. Maybe cable/Roadrunner IS the way to go :-(
