Chelsea has world class players, so it'd be cool just to see them.
Arsenal though plays some very attractive football and they are fantastic to watch.
There are several other London teams, like Tottenham and Fulham, but I haven't watched them much.

But if you have to watch a League team, go and watch Brentford. They could do with a bit of support at the moment and they are a friendly bunch.
Avoid the Premiership teams, you will need a mortgage to watch any side regularly and its all media hype. The lower leagues are the heart of football.

you should have gone to see manchester united but as you are in london you should go to see arsenal as they seriously need support which is shown in the fact that they have been knocked out of three cups.
