Well if you didn't know, they do test your blood before they use it. So if you have used ecstacy in the past month they would know and most likely not be able to use your blood. It's best to give blood when you have been clean and sober for more than 2 weeks. All traces of chemicals are found when they do the testing. They will know if you have. Best of luck and I would wait if I were you.

You would have to wait awhile. Don't give blood if it's been in the last month. It could be still in your system. If they find any illegal drugs in your system when they test it they won't let you give blood EVER again. I know someone who gave for ten years and gave with pot still in thier system and they were banned! Be careful!

A week after, sure why not. Your body has already metabolized it. It's gone just like the beer you drink or the cigarettes you smoked. No harm, no foul. I thought you could only take x oraly. I never heard of injecting it!?!

If you aren't screened properly then yes you could give blood, but you shouldn't if you have used any type of recreational drug. You could get someone who is already sick, sicker.
