Im thinking 3rd world, so that the implementation would begin the process of eradicating world poverty. Here, the super snobs would just keep it to themselves and show off, while others go without. Kinda like mercedes vs fords, ya know???

Unless you want to be yet another inventor who dies unknown in poverty, you might want a country which has reliable intellectual property laws like the US.
Since it is highly unlikely that your idea will eradicate poverty or solve the world's problems, the choice of the U.S. would have the added advantage of being a place with a lot of good mental health professionals.

I agree that a lot of 3rd World countries have political unrests, and are so war torn. Obviously they'd be too busy surviving their plagues to pay any attention to your new invention!
They have a long way to go first...

But there are some developing countries which fall into an interesting category (NICs) Newly Industrialised world.
These countries have acheived some stability both economically and politically, but their economies have not yet reached 1st World status.

Maybe you could explore business potential in the following NICs;
Africa: South Africa

Asia: India, China, Malaysia, Phillipines,Thailand

South America: Brazil, Argentina

Europe: Turkey

N.America: Mexico

Note: let's put this stereotipic view aside that 3rd World is only in Africa!

You might want to rethink your approach. Third world countries are notorious for having poor patent and intellectual property laws. If you goal is make a profit, then you might consider countries where your ideas and innovations will be protected and not duplicated illegally.

you got it all wrong.

In rich countries laws protect poor from rich (that's why they got rich in the first place). A few rich are much more likely to keep your invention to themselves in unruly 3d world countries.
