It is very easy to make out. If he is friendly flirting he would keep his advancement safe and sound and if not vice verse !!!!

different people flirt for different reasons.. if he is single and you are single and he knows you are single, i can't see him flirting with you unless he has at least some interest in you..
if you are intersted in love from him, and if you are close enough friends, have a heart to heart chat with him. ask him straight out if he is interested in dating you..

well it's all how he talks to you like if he says something total personal and he's cool with it you two will never date. but if he slips personal things about himself he likes you and if he tells you everything you should be married. a man is a strange thing to figure out and too bad some don't show feelings but we are women we are smart so we will figure it out. just follow your heart
