Better than what?
any job is good if it provides you the things you want if life. Doesn't matter if your in the US, Dubai or the RP.

It's financially better to work in the Philippines if you're:
1. an Expat
2. own your company
3. have a parent or relative that owns a company

its been so many years that our country experience brain-drain...wherein highly trained professionals and skilled workers opt for greener pastures abroad.
if only our government would give them better job opportunities and support. too many issues to tackle and too many problems to face...
dont worry kabayan...there would come a time when Philippines will rise as a better country and nation...maybe its not our time yet...more inner problems impede our growth...
we need more people like you...concerned and patriotic.
