Ok, I am a fan of pink floyd- but I never found if they did drugs or not. I know their music is "psychedelic" and such- but some people I talk to say that they were not into drugs (besides syd barret obviously). So were they or not?

There are some rumors that Richard Wright was kicked out in the early 80's because of some use, and Roger Waters had a little trip during the Dark Side era. Not sure about this, though. I choose not to believe this myself, but to all their own, I guess. I know that all of them smoked at one time or another (I think all of them), but I think it was just plain tobacco.

smoke pot and possibly experimented with other drugs. i bleive richard wright was kicked out of PF for hsi alcohol abuse in part, and i also belive nick mason had a problem w alcohol as well

Definatley..but times were different then, everyone was on drugs..and most made it out alive and went on to lead semi-normal lives...

some of the time, no they werent, but they couldnt have come up with comfortably numb and any of the movie the wall without being smashed out of their brains.
