The stupidest lawsuit, I think is the lady that sued Mcdonalds for spilling coffee in her lap years ago. The sad thing is people do not want to take reasponsibility for the stupidity. Our society seems to think that when they do something bad or stupid it is always someone elses fault, when in all reality its their own fault cause no one has forced them to do some of the things.

People sue for a lot of stupid things. Here's one I heard... A person is suing a makeup rep for a wrong order which was corrected. n

A burglar trying to enter a restaurant through the Heating & Cooling ducts suing the owners when he got stuck in the duct work and had to be cut out by rescue workers....

well, i once heard of a couple suing a cereal company bc they forgot to put the prize in the box of cereal...
and of course there's the unforgettable incident where the person sued bc the coffee was too hot at Mcdonald's...
