It is not a lifestyle. It is just who you are. You must be young, because I thought I wanted to get married to a woman, have kids, etc. when I was young, because I didn't want to have a hard life. Let me tell you, after I was married, that life was even harder. I cried when my wife wasn't home, hoping that someday I could be with a man. It was not who I was inside. Find yourself first, and then decide what you really want. Will you be completely happy and sexually satified being married to a woman? Remember, marriage is suppose to last your entire life.

First of all, relax, breathe, it's okay. What we see of gays in the media is silly. We get married, we have kids, we live the American dream. The gay lifestyle is a silly phrase. My gay lifestyle consists of reading, writing, doing jigsaw puzzles, watching movies, and going to dinner with friends. My gay agenda:
Go to work (no junk food today, and I swear I'm going to take the stairs!)
Return 3 day late Blockbuster rental (d'oh!)
Buy milk.
Point is, my lifestyle is pretty average, if not downright boring! And that's pretty typical. Gays live pretty down to earth lives. Think about joining a local yahoo gay group. Once you meet some gays, you'll see that you don't have to worry about losing your dreams just because you're gay. Good luck!

I think in accepting your sexuality it is partly about accepting who you are. What is a 'gay lifestyle'? Just because of who you choose to spend your time with or sleep with or have an intimate relationship, doesn't mean your life has to be any different. You don't suddenly metamorphasise into a screaming queen (unless you want to!) You will be miserable and unfufilled until you start trying to properly come to terms with who you are as a person and find out what you want out of life and learn to go for it without prejudice. If you are making assumptions and judgments about yourself how do you expect others not to?

Take it from me, you've answeared my question i'll answear yours,
I've knowing i've been gay ever since i knew what the male anmaoty looked like well you know kids look at each other bodys etc, but i was molested by a family member that didn't help either.
It's all how you live your life, you want to be happy and be your self then by all means be gay.
Your gay you want to walk around depressed,it's not worth it man.
Your gay theres nothing you change about, just think about hoq unique you are to be, a gay teenager, strong minded, good head on their shoulders etc, etc.

There is no gay lifestyle unless you accept other peoples stereotypes. Some of the gay couples in my neighborhood include a gay couple who have no kids and like to vacation and another gay couple who have 3 kids and belong to their children's school advisory board. There is no gay or straight lifestyle, there is only a lifestyle that suits your needs and wants and finding a partner (either same sex or opposite sex) that fulfulls those needs and wants.

If you feel strongly that you're gay.....then you are. Don't be selfish....why marry a woman; that's extremely wrong to do to someone. Check out, myhusbandisgay.org Don't go down that path. Live life for you.....You only live once.

If you know you're gay, please don't marry a woman who believes you're straight, you will just cause her pain and confusion.
If you don't want to be with other men, that is your choice, but do not ruin the lives of others just so you can fit the "norm".

Takes all kinds.. don't conform, do your own thing. As long as you say you "think" you're gay then who knows what you should do?
Hahah.. the advice two above mine isn't too great. I'm gay, but I don't think I'd enjoy gloryholin' down at the bus station. Nasty.
