bring the suiable terms which can be factorized
xa+3a+xy+3y
in xa,3a .a is common
similarly,in xy and 3y .y is common

therefore
a(x+3)+y(x+3)
take x+3 common
(x+3)(a+y)

You gotta put in brackets, 15x15 = 225-3y they're the two divisible via 3 : answer = 3(75x-1y). to envision situations 75x via 3 (=225x) then 3 via -1y (=-3y) So theres the respond, Sorry if its slightly long

xa+xy+3a+3y
=x(a+y)+3(a+y)
=(a+y)(x+3)

(writing it as (a+y)(x+3) or (x+3)(a+y) is the same thing.)

xa+xy+3a+3y
now, a and y are common in all the cases.
So,
=x(a+y)+3(a+y)
then, take x &3 in a separate bracket....
So ur answer will be..........
=(x+3)(a+y)
As 2*3 and 3*2 are the same, therefore, (x+3)(a+y) and (a+y)(x+3) are also similar.......................................

That's ur answer
