What about wind chilld factor? is the zero degrees wind chill, or without windchill? if it is without wind chill, and the wind is blowing at a normal 10mph, then the windchill will be about -8 or so.. So in saying that, then the real temp would be about -5 to -8 tomorrow. depending on the wind.

well... technically it would be 0 degrees again.. but possibly about 2 degrrees... although it doesn't work mathematically.
