Yes, it is possible that a cockroach could enter any human orifice (just a technical term for an opening) open to the environment if the human was very still at that moment, but why would a cockroach do that? Cockroaches are naturally afraid of humans (or anything moving for that matter) and run away from them as much as possible. Of course, this increases their chances for survival and reproduction. If a cockroach were to enter any human orifice and lay their eggs there, I would doubt that those eggs would last very long. One, I think the temperature might be too high (although I'm not very sure about this) for the eggs and the developing cockroaches inside might die because of this. I'm speculating this since I haven't heard of any living human having been laid with cockroach eggs and have cockroaches come out of his/her body, although it is not uncommon or even common that cockroaches come out of a dead body (therefore, it has gone cold) since a cockroach has laid its eggs there. Two, the immune system might act against the eggs since it views them as foreign bodies and kill the developing cockroaches inside even before they come out of their shells.

No, I think it would die from not having any oxygen! That is a myth! Don't believe what you hear and only half of what you see!
