Yes you can and he will have it in a matter of minutes. Both you and your friend will recieve a confirmation email stating that the money has been taken from your acct and placed into his. GL

Yes you can do this. PayPal will charge you a small fee to send the payment. Your friend should receive the payment within a few minutes. Your friend does not need to send you a bill. Just click the tab that reads "Send Money." It will ask the questions in order to send the payment. If you send it in the way of an electronic check, it will take at least 5 days for the payment to clear to her account.

This depends on how you send it as well. If you send it using a credit card, your friend will have to have that upgrade in order to retrieve the payment.

yes go to paypal
send a payment to email
they recipient will get an email saying to pick up money @ paypal
when the login to paypal they will receive their payment
