yup.. a cow elk pinned me under some rocks when i was hunting antler ..i had inadvertently cornered her calf and she 'took' me on...
a cow moose did that too me too,...same thing over her calf,,, but i was fishing then..
a she bear treed me once...again...she had cubs..
a bobcat attacked m y saddle horse...same thing..
and birds have attacked me ...again ,... same thing..
i suppose getting sprayed by skunks would count, but those times i could of avoided it..
and then there is the times a horse kicked the shat outta me...but they aren't really wild,..so..

Fortunately,I have never been attacked by any animal, but I have seen someone else who was. A UK couple visited a big game park in Africa. Against their tour guide's advice, the couple left their vehicle to photograph a huge lion who was resting under a tree. Well, needless to say, that was the last thing that they ever did and the camera was set on automatic which continued to click away whilst they were being mauled.
Those were the saddest photos ever! It was horrific.

Yes, I got bit on the thumb by a mouse when I was about 8 years old, I turned rabid, (Taz no like water!), and I still bite. Because of my frothing at the mouth I'm often confused with either liberals or conservatives.

this one time when i was about 8 years old, i was on vacation with my family staying at a motel 8 and i thought i knew where our room was, so i ran ahead and went to our room... but the door was open a little bit (and me not thinking about it) just walked in and through the haze of blue tv light i saw this giant hairy man laying on the bed. he saw me and got up and grunted and i saw that it was big foot. he then chased me out fo his room and i barely escaped back down the hallway. it was a traumatizing experience.

ok - not exactly attacked but one afternoon my dog was faced off with a king cobra in front of my house.. they were both darting in and out and my dog is a typical Thai and rather obstinate and calling "Pookie, Pookie - come here boy" was just not working - - so, i smahed the Cobra with a piece of petrified wood..
