My periods have always been exactly a month apart but I just got my period after only two weeks. I've been under a ton of stress lately and not sleeping well. Could this be the reason for my irregular periods?

Stress can cause a lot of problems. Its can disrupt sleep patterns , menstrual cycles, your heart beat , thinking , ect.
Try and prioritize things in your life . Try not to stress so much , its not good for anyone . Live day by day and if you have to minute by minute . Good Luck hun ......

ABSOLUTELY!!! When you are stressed out, your cycle will come late. If that is the case, it may not come at all. A few things to keep in mind is to don't worry about it, keep a clear head and chill out. Creating even more stress will make it come later. I guarantee, it will come as soon as you calm down.

Yes,

Stress and lack of sleep can definately effect your period cycle. Make sure you are getting enough iron in your diet, because that much stress is also going to effect your health.

Very much so. I would make sure you document this as well as the next few for sure. If this happens often then talk to your doctor.
