How about environmental studies or environmental science.
With this major you can help the environment. You could either work out doors or in advocacy. It doesn't require handling money and it doesn't require trust in being around people.

How about ethnic studies. You can learn about different cultures. You could work in advocacy or cultural education outside the classroom. You could also do research.

How about psychology. Many people in the field of psychology have their own personal histories. You could be a P.O. work in residential treatment, have a private practice. Lots of jobs you could do with this degeree.

How about english/journalism/literature. Anything with reading or writing. Felony won't pose a threat in those fields.

How about History, Geography, Math, Language...

Really it is easier to start with what you can't do. What you can do is a much bigger list.

No jobs involving trust with money. Nothing involving risk to others. Probably not law enforcement. Government is closed to you. Probably best option is business, with a focus on self employment trades. Welding, barbering and the like are probably good options. Depending on how good you are with math, Engineering is also an option

Maybe you can write about your experience, have a book published then tour schools lecturing on why kids should stay in school, and how crime doesn't pay... You can go to school for writing... People will hire you if you can show how you are doing something with your life, and are serious about staying "clean".
