Women have the curves of their breasts showing through their blouses. They get to show off the size of their breasts. But man has to way to show off the size of his organ.
I am asking this because it is a valid question. Though I dont want to see this happen.

Who says they can't. Look at the tight pants of 80's and 90's. Some guys are proud of that buldge. As a woman I think it's gross, but to each their own.

Your remark is right and gets a background.
Humans born naked and during prehistory the nudity just wasn't an instance. Today some undiscovered and natural tribe still is living naked for example. Civilization and (false)progress slowly brought people to hide some body's parts giving shame and embarrassment then to show sexual organs. The natural that becomes unnatural while anything concerning sex and sexuality as something private and bad.
Some religion interpretations sometimes too preclusive made worse the situation. Despite that, during infancy any child gets no conditioning towards sexual organs and nudity being free and natural (nudism theory) as our ancestors were. Nowadays female nudity is considered differently from male one (that's just the result of long male people polity!) and around it's not an ostracized behavior. Strangely, in the street the naked female scene becomes the occasion to applaud and be amazed and glad for men and disinterest and unconcern for women while a possible naked male scene only the right reason to call police and cry wolf!

It's more aggressive for a man to display his penis. The worst that a woman could do to me with her breasts is annoy or possibly disgust me if she is very, very unattractive. Penises can do some damage.
Think about all the historical costumes featuring the cod piece. A pretty high percentage also involve wearing a sword, don't they?

My young friend in the Bible people who live like that are called scarlets, they are not really showing anything but their ignorance. The body is one gift God gave us to share between a man and wife once married not to be put on display like a trophy. We need to be modest in our dress and behavior as to be examples of good character. When a man shows himself or a woman shows themselves they are showing they have little or no self esteem. It's sin, plain out right sin and they need to repent from these deviant acts. Sex is for marriage not for display.

Well that's like asking why girl's don't show off their vagina. Two totally different parts of the body. AND guys can't wear something to show the curves of their genitals or else it'd be too tight, which is bad for your sperm. But really, penis doesn't =boobs. Penis=vagina.

Oh they try, if they can. Not against the law.
Once an old man wore shorts without underwear, it was very obvious and very gross.
Men can't show theirs off because it is a sexual organ. Breasts are for feediing babies.

I guess because there is no way to show it off unless its erect and showing. Other than that people don't keep their pants opened so men just can't do it. That would be strange if guys had their penis out where you could kind of see it.

Yes, it is a valid question but really think about it. I think most people would rather see a nice pair of breasts than a one eyed trouser snake trying to be the queen of the ball and popping out.

Here is the most basic answer. A penis is a sexual organ. Breasts are not. Yes, men can "play" with it but a penis can do more stuff.

I totally agree with hellopanda...breasts and genitalia have two totally different functions. Even though it is nice to be voluptuous on top, women with smaller breasts are still able to feed their babies and provide nourishment for them.
And besides-a guy(some women might disagree but I really don't care) really doesn't need a donkey penis to please his partner. Size doesn't equal quality.
