Ok now im asking this because in doha we have two things, Trraffic lights and Round Abouts (Lots of them) so i was thinking since i get caught in traffic a lot...
1- We have Four traffic lights in 4 intersections (A +A1), (B+B1), (C+C1) and (D+D1)
A You go Straight and A1 you go left, B you go straight and B1 you go right and so on...
1- So if (A+A1) starts first and then stops then (B+B1) the (C+C1) then (D+D1) and so on how much time will it take
2- And if A + B will go together then A1 + B1 , and C+D then C1+D1 and so on... how much time will it take??
Which is faster Number 1 or 2?? which is more effective???
Do you understand me, im sure you have four intersections with traffic lights :D

A=Staright B=Straight
A1=Left B1=Right
U didnt say whats C+C1 Or D+D1?
Are u trying to say (C+C1) is like the A's?
And (D+D1) are like the Bs? if so then this is my solution!
1.We are driving:
(A+A1)=Straight then left
(B+B1)=Straight the right
(C+C1)=Straight then left
(D+D1)+Straight then right
(Complicated driving)
2.We are driving:
A+B=Straight +Straight=Extra speed
A1+B1=Left +Right
C+D=Straight+Straight=Exra speed
C1+D1=Left +right
The faster is number 2,we get to drive extar speed on free ways!!
While num 1,we get to only drive staright and take a turn....and so on!
More effective is 1 and complicated!!
I hope im making sense here,cuz i have no freakin idea what the hell im talking about! haha

The fastest one is A +A1), (B+B1), (C+C1) and (D+D1) for a 4 traffic intersections.
But round abouts are the fastest way if you have 4 intersections.

it depends on the setting of the timings for each individual situations.
there r studies done to determine the movement of trafic and the time required for free flow at all directions.
but the round circle is usually the same which ever way u do .

the best way to take is the one that has the less traffic lights...i live in doha as well and know certain ways that help u escape the traffic, for instance if ur going from Handasa street :) to corniche, the best way to take is jida roundabout and then u go str8 until u get to bowling roundabout and from there u take right, there will be no traffic lights until u get to corniche :):):):) LOLLLLLLLLLLL

in georgia the busy left turn green easy is green for 2.5 seconds, then the yellow is 3, and it keeps to be purple for a million minute so the 1st automobile gets to pass on green, however the 2d automobile would be on yellow, and the 0.33 gets a value tag i dont think of people who made the site visitors lighting fixtures furnishings care approximately efficency
