wow from these answers I read everyone here must be doing drugs. NO its not ok to harrass your neighboors, if you own your home and they dont (like they are renting) you have more right to be there then they do. Its people like this that drops everyones property values, and it is right that you are concerned. If they are doing drugs and there are children in the house not only should you call DPS, it is your duty. Its never ok to use drugs when kids are around. Its been all over the TV about those teens who were getting the toddlers high. Call social services right away and then call your local police department ask if they have a Nuisance abatement law and if they do ask to speak to the person in charge of taking care of the area that you live in. They will send out officers right away, usually the same day and they will inform the neighboors that they are watching them and if the crap dont stop they will remove them for their home. Dont worry about the kids going to foster homes they are probally better off anyways.

Write out your thoughts in a mag, or in a letter to the deceased guy. Writing a letter that you in no way mail can help artwork through thoughts and grant you with a experience of closure. maximum of all, protect your self. understand that you're a touch fragile right this moment, and encompass your self with human beings and issues that make you chuffed. 1. Mind your own business,
2. Move

You cannot make sure ANYONE ever goes to jail. Do not count on it. Many people get arrested ten to twenty times for drug dealing and never stay in jail. Many people commit terrible crimes and are released the next day.

If you do not like your neighborhood, move. It is your only option. It is way easier than trying to get someone arrested AND convicted.

Here's an idea - Mind Your Own Business. So what if the people next door do drugs, and you don't like them, and their dad gave you the finger?

Just ignore them.

Why would you want to get him sent to jail and send their kids to foster care?

How would you like it if somebody sent YOUR dad to jail and had your younger siblings sent to foster care?

Just ignore them, and don't speak to them!!!
