Could try the Mr Clean Magic Eraser. Another thing that I have tried and does work, take a white dryer sheet, get it damp and wring out the excess water. Rub the shower door in small circular motions. Then rinse of when done. They suds up and do work well in cleaning off the buildup. Also seems to apply a film to the glass that helps slow the return of the buildup

Ahhhh, but I have one more idea even better than my favored cleaner Vinegar! Use a capful of Fabric Softner to a half bucket of water and use as if you are using a cleaner this will remove the soap scum easily and leave the glass shiny clean and will also help to make the water sheet off and keep your doors cleaner longer, you can also use which I almost forgot to mention is WD-40 spray just spray on and wipe off it will remove the scum quickly but remember to wash this off after removing the scum some dish detergent in your bucket of water and dry off with a soft cloth. Good Luck !

Fiberglass Soap Scum Removal
If left to languish, soap scum will harden, giving you a bathroom cleaning nightmare. Acting quickly will prevent this from happening. Keep a cloth or squeegee in your shower to wipe down the walls as soon as you're finished bathing. It's best to tackle the problem while the shower walls and doors are still wet. If it's too late and the soap scum has hardened onto your wall, this bathroom cleaning tip will help. Dampen a dryer sheet and wipe the walls., The soap scum will come off easily.

I believe you need a product that clings for awhile to be effective. BAM is pretty good. Zapp is another more than average cleaner. A cheaper method is to make a paste of a scouring cleanser that contains bleach with water. Leave it on for 1 hour and scrub it off. A few applications may be necessary.Vinegar in a spray bottle will prevent this problem in the future.
even if you just spritz the area everyday. May things work out well.

A Shower-Stall Cleaning Mixture
Here's a homemade solution that can help you when cleaning your shower stall:
Mix 1⁄2 cup vinegar, 1 cup ammonia, 1⁄4 cup baking soda, and 1 gallon hot water. Caution: Wear rubber gloves and work in a well-ventilated area when using this powerful solution.
Apply it to the walls of the shower with a sponge, scrubbing with a brush, if necessary, to remove all the scum.
Rinse well with clear water, and wipe dry.
