How would fair trade even be related to illegal arms. Illegal is illegal criminals can charge what they wish. Fair trade doesn't deal with such a thing not at least over the table. I think your question is screwed can't figure why you would ask or where it would come from. If I was dealing in illegal arms I wouldn't be fair one way or another. It would be how much you would pay for my product. Illegal arms would be for illegal purposes therefore I would be charging like major.
