It depends, it may or may not, the cell phone companies will have to do some reprogramming to update the times on the towers to reflect all of the cell phones

actually alot of phone will not auto reset to the new time.. hansets like normal cell phones will just need to b power cycled then it will get the new time.. (take battery out and put baq in)

pda and smart phones and stuff like that.. you will have to contact your service provider.. but if you have verizon.. i will post the link at the bottom... other service providers may have you do something diffrent..

verizon wireless customers you need to go to the website and download a patch

verizonwireless.com/dst

and on there they have patches to fix the dst...

Yes its always been that way even your cell phone doesent have service. It will automatically chang on its own. You don't have to change it. In fact on most phones its impossible to change the time on your own. Even if the batery is dead or the phone is just turned off it will change on its own.

yeah, replacing it to sync with the web will/could restore that. or you are able to do exactly it manually if all else fails. x] yet save in ideas, they replaced sunlight hours reductions time starting up this year, it truly is thoroughly dumb besides the undeniable fact that it truly is what it truly is, so yeahh. there is a few patch also, available for you are able to d/l it, & it patches ur living house windows to regulate the time on the hot date. (sorry i don't have a link for this!!)

I think so. The phone companies are very efficient with this sort of thing. But keeping up with time is what they do constantly, as you well know, so no doubt they will be on this like white on rice.

I sorta doubt it,but maybe Verizon, or whatever you have might, just have their network on top of it and be able to change everyones phones through the sattalites and computers.
