Can someone tell me, by using candles and meditate, can you bring someone to you?

you want a spell.. use a red candle mark his initials into it and summons him to come to you have his picture by the candle when u say it.. and keep the picture out by it.. its old gypsy ways all that stuff witches voodoo etc but this is an easy way..

Red candles. Red candles with rose fragrance. Burn lots of rose incense. Get rose petals. But as far as candles go, burn only rose candles, red candles of varying shades. And you must not waiver in your mental intention or commitment to this ritual and you must take responsibility for the consequences of getting the person you called. Turning back would be worse than never starting this spell.
