just happened to me.. .and would you believe... it was my CAT!! he knocked over a vase and a bunch of stone coasters! i was so embarrassed

We get calls like that frequently. Always think "rather safe then sorry". The police can easily come out and check around your house, and inside if you would like, to make sure everything is ok.

I almost call 911 for myself when I fell down the stairs.. but the fact I was standing when I picked up the phone made it sound odd. Granted the ligaments in my ankle were torn, but I never made the call

no. i usually call 911 accidentally without knowing it or knowing. i did it on dare sometimes. but then the cops don't get mad, i get intimidated and tell the truth when i do the dare. the cops in my area are so tall that i jsut have to tell the truth.
