I too am attracted mostly to straight men. Gay men (even masculine ones) seem too...focused on fashion and personal hygiene products. I want a guy who's just a guy. I don't want a guy who uses 59352184539467453 products on his face.
And I agree with the person who said "all the good looking ones are straight."

You may like the masculinity and confidence (*********) that a straight man may exude. Plenty of masculine gay men out there. I used to be in the same boat as you are now. I think I wanted someone to take charge and be the dominant one in the relationship, but then I realized I would never get any play that way. I discovered the wonderful world of gay jocks, and to me that has made all the difference.
(Psychological reason) Straight men are not attracted to gay men. So in your fantasies you already know they will not go for you so there is no room for rejection. If you go for a gay man, he may say no and it might hurt. Thats why lots of people have unattainable crushes.

I'm like that too. Most of the time when I'm attracted to someone, I later find out that he's straight. But it's not like I'm only attracted to straight guys or anything.
Everyone says "all the good looking ones are gay." In my experience it's "all the good looking ones are straight."

Hey, there is nothing wrong liking straight men. I am quite attracted to straight men. In fact most gay guys in my country prefers straight or "discreet" gay men.
There can only be one queen in the room and that should be me! I want a guy not a girl!

Forgive me but is it straight men your are attracted to or merely the hyper-masculine. I myself am very much a man and have had many a woman hit on me, but I am all male and all gay. I think perhaps you are confusing the two.
That said, if you are not confusing straight with hyper-masculine, all I can say is you are in for many a disappointment.

There are gay guys that are pretty masculine. You need to look where ever they hang out. This idea is just keeping you away from what you want. The bigger question is why are you afraid to go get what you want? You ain't ever gonna get a "straight" man, so stop f-ucking around and go get yourself a butch gay man!

Oh that sucks. Those of us who are girls feel your pain when we connect with a sensitive guy only to realixe he's gay.
I guess it si a trial and error system. Good Luck.

what about men for whom you don't know what their sexual orientation is? are you attracted to them?
sounds like learning about someone's sexual orientation plays a major role in turning you on. sounds like you have a strange fantasy of desiring what you can't have.. and that is not good..
