Glen Jacobs is Kane. The guy in the mask was someone else who was made to look like the Kane of old.

Glen Jacobs has always played Kane, currently and while he was masked. The only other people to play Masked Kane were Drew Hankinson/The Freakin' Deacon from Deep South and The Undertaker on an occasion or two.
