No. It just prevents sperm from reaching the egg. Your fallopian tubes are no longer open to the uterus so sperm can't go up and eggs can't go down.
It is considered permanent sterilization. In rare instances it can be reversed, but reversal surgery is often unsuccessful.

Tubal ligation is an operation to stop a woman from getting pregnant. The Fallopian tubes, which carry the eggs to the womb (uterus), are burned, clipped, cut or tied (the tubes are sealed). The tubes are therefore closed so the sperm and egg do not meet. The egg then dissolves. The procedure does not affect the menstrual cycle or your ability to enjoy sex.

no, you will still get a period as your hormones will still release an egg and the lining of your uterus will still thicken in anticipation of a fertilised egg. ovaries are sometimes removed if you have a total hysterectomy, although most of the time they take everything but your ovaries as it is considered better to leave them. having your ovaries removed leads to the onset of menopause.

Not from what I understand.
Getting your tubes tied stops the egg, but not the body process.
So periods still happen, just eggless.

No you will still have a period. It just keeps the eggs from reaching the uterus or coming in contact with sperm so that you do not get pregnant. You will still shed your uterus lining each month and have a normal period.

No, you still get your period. Eggs just can't get from your ovaries to your uterus because the fallopian tubes are now blocked.

No getting your tubes clipped just means that the egg cant get through to sperm for fertilization. You still ovulate each month and get a period each month, you just cant get pregnant.

they don't stop. You still have hormones that cause the lining of the uterus to be expelled once a month, until the days when you enter menopause.
