I think it had to do with howard k stern and the treatment of anna nicole. it's been said in the media and all the news channel that she supposedly had a fever of 105 degrees and she didn't want to go to the hospital for this because of the media getting wind of it and she flew to florida that monday when she felt a bit better to purchase the boat they wanted and it was going to be available for them on the day that anna died (feb 8th). the thing about the whole thing is that when moe, the former bodyguard and his wife who just happened to be a nurse was going up to the hotel room in the elevator they saw howard k stern and it looked like he had to go somewhere in a hurry and he was talking on the phone also at the time. howard decided to go upstairs with moe and his wife and then he took off a short time later on telling moe's wife to watch anna. of course we all know that a short time later on the nurse checked on anna and realized something was terribly wrong and phoned her husband moe who in turn called howard k. stern who just happened to be at the boat marina and came back to the hotel. well to wrap the whole story up moe now says that howard was acting really strange and pacing up and down and looking really nervous. there's also been reports that there were illegal medication in the room at the time and somehow it disappeared. think about it. the only people that were with her son daniel when he died was howard and when anna died it was howard. i would say he is the one that killed anna.

i've got heard numerous issues. I even have heard that the day she died she replaced into working a fever of a hundred and five ranges and replaced into being iced right down to cut back the fever. I had heard that she were sick for days yet refused medical care because of the scrutiny of the media...

Im really disturbed by this because I think it was murder by drugs that was being given to her but it will never be proven if it was drugs cos we all know she wouldnt turn any down

Bad mixture of prescription drugs.
I think she was on some sedatives to help with her grief over losing her son. I know if I lost my son I would definitely need something.
More poetically, she died of a broken heart.

Overdose. She was probably taking anti-depressants because of her sons death, the slim spa crap she was on, and everything else she was probably smoking/taking.
