Almost every motherboard shares the same design of these, yet at the same time they enjoy being slightly different just to make people confused. I could give you suggestions, but I don't want you to connect the wrong cables to the wrong places. It is important to put the grounds where they belong as well as the lines that carry voltage. You don't want to short out parts of the motherboard by mistake. I would suggest getting a diagram of your motherboard or since it is a HP machine, call tech support and tell them that your cousin or some relative pulled the wires. Make up a story and they should have you fixed in 15 to 30 minutes depending on how well they have their act together. Hopefully you can understand the person you are talking to, since they do have foreign English speaking operators much of the time.

I'm a PC tech and it's hard to diagnose a problem like this over the internet. You don't want to plug in the wrong wires. My best answer is to find a friend who has a PC like yours and see where the wires go or find a local PC tech to do it for you. Whatever you do, don't guess and plug them in the wrong place.
