Yesterday, this guy in the vendor booth talked to me in the Mall, and he wanted to see my identification. I was like okay, and I handed him my ID card... He typed my info on the cpu... Then I was like, I'm not interested in having a payment plan right now, and he was like "Okay, that's cool." Then I realized I was so stupid to give him my Military SSN, so I went back to tell him to not reveal any info to anyone else or sell my SSN to anyone... He was like "Don't worry, we follow the terms...yadda yadda."

A month later I recieved a Bill of $30,000 worth of crap... I was like ****! I'm mad, and I really don't know what to do right now, I don't have an attorney yet... Is there another way? I can't think of a way to get rid of this, I'm in debt right now.

I tried finding the guy in the Mall, but his co-workers said he's on vacation and took a trip to Hawaii. They couldn't even tell me his first and last name because it's confidential. **** them... Don't ever trust T-Mobile.

wow he must have took a trip to hawaii with your 30K. Are you sure that he works for T-mobile? I would call his boss and if he dosent listen I would call the bosses boss, and then I would call the Attorney General and file a complaint, then call the credit bureaus and tell them that this is not you and that you want this investigated and until the investigation is done they are to remove it from your credit report. Do you know what the 30K was spend on? If you do call the company or store or where this was all charged and tell them that you did not give permission or apply for any credit and then contact a lawyer. Stolen identity is getting more and more common, contact your local police deparement and ask them if they can give you any suggestions on where to go from here. Im sorry that this has happened to you, especially because you are a member of our military and you risk your life for the very person who stole from you. Bless you and I hope that everything works out for you.

I'd say get an attorney and/or write a letter to your Attorney General, he/she can help. But definitely do something fast.
