In Internet Explorer, click View, then Text Size, and select the appropriate size.

You can also hold down the CTRL key (lower left on the key board)and use your mouse wheel to increase/decrease the size of the font in your messages....

if in the internet click the view then click "Text Size"
click the size u want..
if in microsoft word.....it's too easy

If you have IE7 then while holding down the control key press the - or the + button. Really kewl and fast.
