I was listening to CNN, which to me is unusual, but they said that China brings a new Coal fired power plant on line very 17 days??? Right now, soot from these plants has reached the North West coast of America. India, is doing the same thing, but also ship scrapping and polluting the waters. Discovery channel has a big special on that one.
People still want to Blame Bush for not signing the Kyoto Treaty, but when you look at where the majority of pollution comes from, kinds makes you wonder why they like to point fingers.

Yes, yes, yes, they should not get into developing technical properties. And I don't consider them to be third-world, thats sounds like a misnomer, since they are the first civilizations.

the united states is the worlds largest polluter, followed only by india, china, and brazil...so i think your proposal will work if america will take the lead...but it will hurt the american economy, and thousands will loose jobs, and more american will end up sleeping on the streets. isn't? sign the kyoto protocol and you'll see what you're bitching about.
