Imagine the worst possible scenario... and ask yourself, how would that feel to actually have that happen. Think of the emotions you and your teammates are having during the worst moments. When things go bad, they usually cause your team to come apart. Players start getting angry at one another, teammates stop trusting each other, and people hang their heads as if they are defeated when a lot of game is still left to play. And what about when you can't hit a shot? Or when you are getting blocked? Or you're turning over the ball? Or just the thinking that the shots won't be falling this game because that is what you feel fate is doing to you-so just give up. And then there is the all important question of how will you react if you can't hit a shot? Now that you have pondered those questions, solve them. Tell yourself you will commit to your team regardless of the score, regardless of how bad they are playing, regardless of how bad someone may have burned you- you just won't quit them. Tell yourself you will work harder in the other facets of the game if you aren't hitting shots, until they start dropping, because you practiced too much to not have them drop. And finally, tell yourself that you have a say in how tomorrow plays out. If you work, believe, and have faith in your teammates and they in you, you will have no regrets when the buzzer sounds. This exercise should help you not fear losing by helping you remember that you and your teammates deserve to be where you are. Only you are in control of your destiny, but you must have the right reactions to your adversity. Good luck!!!

let the game come to u. dont try and force things to happen, cause its just gonna lead to turnovers, poor shot selection or time on the bench. try and treat the game as a normal game. telling urself its a championship game wont help...nor will everyone SAYING that it is a championship game!!!
when ur on the court playing, give it everything u got. u have one chance now to play, and one chance to win. believe me, at the end of the game u dont wanna say "i should have tried harder". leave the game knowing u put everything out on the floor. if u have a bad game u have a bad game, but u can walk away knowing u put ur effort in and it was simply not ur night.
if u find urself falting at certain facets of the game, go out and do something else. ur jump shot isnt going down? fine...make the assist, or get out there and dive for loose balls.
give it ur all durin the game and walk away knowing u did ur best....wish u all the best!!!

Having just coached a championship game today and losing, I know one thing...give it your all. We lost the game by 4 today but not because of a lack of hustle or effort. Have faith and trust in your teammates and do whatever it is you have done to reach this point in the season. Regardless of the outcome, be sure to have fun..championship game memories are something that will stay with you forever. Good Luck

DON'T CHOKE! WOOHOO!
Also, when you're at the free throw line, going through your pre-shot routine, whatever you do, don't think about this:
