I would try charlotte russe; they usually have pretty cute dresses. And I would also try other stores like Macy's. They can be pretty espensive, but I once got a really cute dress there that was normally $100, and I ended up getting it for $20. Just check the sale sections of most stores and you'll probably find something that isn't too expensive.

the perfect way is to hit upon a buddy with seamstress skills and make that brilliant sucker your self. Crepe stain is $5/yd and some silks are $10. you'll need 2 - 3 yards and and a promenade trend and some warm straps ($2 to $3 /yd at Wal-Mart). evaluate with $400+ for drapes are Jessica McClintock.

If there is a brand you're familiar with-you could try EBAY. If not, what about Windsor, Charlotte Russe, Wet Seal or Macys.

look at forever 21 and wet seal. i'm 14 and those places have cute things for me, and i'm pretty sure that you'll find something for you too.
