Crap in my pants. Am I the only honest one here?

If the alien has an acceptable features, I would try to be friendly, and as for seeing a UFO, I would immediately contact the authorities. Thats what I would do.

If I saw a UFO it would be baffling.
An alien is different they disguise themselves so well you may not ever see them.
I think I tripped over one once it let out a yell the rolled down a sewer it was disguised as a meat ball.
I t was a close call and very frightening I'll never trip over a meat ball again I can tell you!

I would hope to be taken up into the ufo and granted an exclusive interview. I would ask every question imaginable. I wouldn't mind peeking around my environment, and taking a flight slowly around the earth would be nice, too.
That's part of me. The other part of me knows that when you see one, you sort-of can't think about doing anything.

I am an amatuer astronomer and I have seen two at different times. What did I do, checked all charts to make sure it was not a satellite etc. Then I got pretty excited. What it was I do nt know it may have been something that could be explained but I have never seen anything that can manouvere that way

If it is an alien, I would make first contact. If it is a UFO(space ship), I would smuggle myself into their ship (afterall it is a once in your lifetime chance to explore alien worlds). No Joke.

I will go with them. Then, communicate and be friends with them. I will capture it and sent him to the police for investigation. Then, I will be written in the history books as the first ever person to capture an alien. hehe
