DN Angel has romance, action and comedy too. There also is Inuyasha and Hikaru no go.If you want something like Card Captor Sakura then you can try Sailor Moon, Wedding Peach, Mew Mew Power and Sally.

Well.. I think Tsubasa Chronicle is rather good..Well,it is 70% romantic,and it is kind of a sad film..but i think it's good. And,when it reaches ep 12 and so on,they have battle and actions every episodes. Plus,the music and songs are really good. These songs really raise up my spirit..hehe..
Well..I think Kiba is good though.. It less romantic and comedy,..but sometimes there are too..most of it is Action.While some of my friends whatch school rumble too,it is kind of romantic and comedy film.
So,my conclusion is,Tsubasa chroncile( 60% romantic,35% action,5% comedy)
Kiba(10% comedy,20% romantic,70% action)
School Rumble(70% comedy,30% romantic)
if u really want to find a comedy film,i think Ranma is not bad either..

Ranma 1/2 is really cute, not to mention full of cute combat styles. The storyline is interesting, especially the romance, humor, and conflicts of the two main characters.

the Love Hina anime is nothing compared to the manga....read the series, it is a lot better.

ouran high school host club, it's so funny. the name was kinda deceiving, but there's a really good story in there i promise.
